Shipping and Return Policy
Our coffee is Artisan Roasted, meaning we don’t inventory large quantities of coffee. We roast in small quantities to guarantee freshness. Orders generally ship within 4 business days.
We ship all of our products via USPS (unless other shipping is specified) to the Continental United States.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-528-0933 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm Eastern Standard Time or via email at CustomerService@goldenvalleyfarms.com
